Triple SSS: Sensual, Sexual, Smut Returns September 2017

After a hiatus of two years, the popular erotic art exhibit is back at Nina's Nook this September! Taking submissions until September 1, the show will feature art from mild to wild; submit a photo of a bowl of jello or the painting you've hidden in the back of the closet. The opening reception on September 16 will feature a talk and a question and answer period with Yana Talon Hicks, sex-postiive sex therapist and sex advice columnist in the Valley Advocate, from 6:30 to 7:30, and then music and dancing with all female rockers She Said. Be there and be positively your own sexy self!

TRIPLE SSS 2015: Sensual, Sexual, Smut opening February 7

The opening reception for Triple SSS 2015 will be Saturday, Feb 7 from 5:30 on.  The reception itself will be across the Avenue at Madison's on the Ave, an arts and vintage goods shop with a bigger floor plan and a funky atmosphere. What a great show this year! Thirty local artists involved in this display. A jam-packed reception at Madison on the Avenue. A couple fo sales, but lots of laughs as usual! This year I made a "labia" door curtain instead of painting the windows so people don't get accidentally offended.

OPENING RECEPTION with the artists of Triple S will behosted by Madison's on the Ave, a funky store nearby at 102 Avenue A, on Feb 1 from 5-7pm. The Nook is too small for the reception in wintertime when the Cranny is closed! There will be refreshments and some live music at 6pm.
